Markus Teich 3269bf213d remove confusing SERRNO macro I found the SERRNO Macro slightly confusing, since you have to look it up, if you don't know it already. A web search showed it does not seem to be any kind of standard. Also there was no reason in the commit log when it was introduced in 2009. As you can see it also leads to new patches, which don't use this macro (probably the author did not know about it).		2014-04-20 21:00:46 +02:00

st - simple terminal
--------------------
st is a simple virtual terminal emulator for X which sucks less.


Requirements
------------
In order to build st you need the Xlib header files.


Installation
------------
Edit config.mk to match your local setup (st is installed into
the /usr/local namespace by default).

Afterwards enter the following command to build and install st (if
necessary as root):

    make clean install


Running st
----------
If you did not install st with make clean install, you must compile
the st terminfo entry with the following command:

    tic -s st.info
